Shipping, duties & returns

Every SEAR order ships delivered-duty-paid. All duties and import taxes are included in your total at checkout, so the courier will never ask you for money on delivery. This applies in every market we ship to.

Delivery is charged per order and shown in your currency at checkout. It is free on two pairs or more.

Orders are delivered in 4-7 working days. Your exact estimate is confirmed at checkout once your delivery address is set.

You receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us rather than waiting - we would rather chase it early.

Try SEAR Plugs for 30 days from delivery. If they're not right for you, you can return them.

Yes, even if you have opened and tried them. That is the point of the guarantee - you cannot judge a fit without wearing it. You cover the cost of return shipping, and we refund your order once the return has been received and processed.

Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Most returns start as fit problems, and most fit problems are solved by changing the wing size on one ear - that costs nothing and takes a minute, so talk to us first if you would rather keep them.

Retailer purchases are returned through that retailer under their terms. We will still help you with fit, whatever the receipt says.
