4. Ordering Process

Placing an order with SEAR Plugs is easy and convenient. Simply browse our product selection, choose your desired items, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you can select your preferred payment method and shipping options. Once your order is confirmed, we'll process it promptly and provide you with tracking information for your convenience.

  3. Once you've clicked the "confirm" button, we'll work to process your order as quickly as possible.

  4. Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your purchase details.

  5. We reserve the right to decline your order, process your transaction, or refuse to provide a service at our discretion. We won't be held liable for withdrawing items from our website, declining to process a transaction, or suspending a transaction after processing has commenced.

5. Payment Terms

At SEAR Plugs, we accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, Maestro), Affirm, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and Pay Now by Klarna. All payments are securely processed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction experience for our customers.


  1. The use of promotional codes to offer a discount on the advertised price on site are entirely at our discretion and in some cases may not be used in conjunction with other offers.


  2. All debit and credit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the relevant card issuer. If for any reason the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery to you.


6. Shipping and Delivery

At SEAR Plugs, we're pleased to offer global shipping directly from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom. We prioritize providing our customers with fast delivery options and aim to process all orders within 24 hours, ensuring they receive SEAR Plugs as swiftly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Orders within the UK typically arrive within 2 business days, while EU shipments may take up to 5 business days. Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause slight delays. 7. Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our waterproof earplugs and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or encounter any faults within 30 days, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. Please note that wear and tear are not considered faults, and damaged or faulty items will be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability. You will need to package up the goods securely in the original packaging that we sent the goods to you in, or if damaged use a suitable alternative and send it to us with the packing slip within 30 days of the date the package was delivered. 


 

SEAR Plugs can only accept returns for items purchased through our website www.searplugs.com. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your SEAR product was purchased. SEAR cannot refund the full price for items purchased at a sale price. We cannot refund any shipping charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error. Refunds can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse. Processing of returns can take up to 5 working days. Refunds issued to your account can require up to 7 days to post. Unless an item is faulty, or sent incorrectly, you are responsible for the shipping costs back to SEAR. SEAR Plugs does not provide a delivery service for returns.

We will keep in contact with you via email with special offers, brand information and details of new products.  If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button in any of our promotional emails or by contacting us at info@searplugs.com. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to fully process your unsubscribe request, so you may continue to receive emails during this time.

  1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website; however, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change information, prices, and descriptions of listed goods at any time, with or without notice. 

  2. While we make every effort to ensure that product images are accurate, variations may occur due to factors such as internet browsers and monitor settings. SEAR Plugs shall not be held responsible or liable for any discrepancies in colour between the image and the actual product.

  3. Our products are intended for private domestic and consumer use only, and we do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. 

  4. In the event of delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
